Senior Pastors Deon & Carmen Lett
have been in "full-time" ministry since 1986 - 25 years total. They have a strong pulpit ministry and both operate under an apostolic/prophetic anointing. They have ministered in churches, revivals, and services across Florida, the United States, and internationally!
Pastors Deon and Carmen have served as youth and associate pastors, teachers, worship leaders, and mentors. Having answered the strong call of God on their lives at an early age, God has developed their gifting and allowed them to operate in all of the five-fold ministry gifts! They minister with great joy and delight under a strong anointing with authority in God's Word and the altars. Their passion is to see God's church empowered and equipped in God's Kingdom!
They are currently the Founders and Senior Pastors of New Destiny International Church and Ministries in the greater Tampa Bay area where they have pastored for a total of 17 years, fulfilling their call to Central Florida. They have two children and reside in Largo, Florida.
